Kassiopeia Hotels & Restaurants työllistää yli 100 osaavaa hotelli- ja ravintola-alan ammattilaista sekä useita kymmeniä sesonkityöntekijöitä. Olemme vastuullinen ja vakaa työnantaja ja toimimme vuosikymmenen kokemuksella. Hotelliperheeseemme kuuluu Hotel Levi Panorama ja Hotel K5 Levi Lapissa sekä 2021 Espooseen avautunut Hotel Matts. Ravintolaperheeseemme kuuluu kolme viihtyisää ravintolaa pääkaupunkiseudulla sekä Lapin hotelliemme ja Tapahtumakeskus Levi Summitin monipuoliset ravintolapalvelut.

CLIENT MANAGERIA

vastaamaan suurimman kansainvälisen asiakkuutemme kokonaisvaltaisesta hoitamisesta Levin kohteissamme. Vastuullasi on erinomaisen asiakaskokemuksen tuottaminen asiakkaalle yhdessä muun tiimin kanssa. 

Tehtäviisi kuuluvat:

• Yhteydenpito asiakkaaseen ja asiakastyytyväisyydestä huolehtiminen
• Asiakkuuteen liittyvien käytännön asioiden koordinointi ja ongelmien ratkaiseminen
• Yhteydenpito sisäisiin ja ulkoisiin kumppaneihin
• Laskutus
• Muut mahdolliset vastuualueet kokemuksesi ja kiinnostuksesi mukaan

Työpisteesi voi sijaita Espoossa tai Levillä. Työ edellyttää kuitenkin pääsääntöisesti Leviltä käsin työskentelemistä joulu-maaliskuun ajan. Tehtävän aloitus sopimuksen mukaan, kuitenkin viimeistään elokuun aikana.

Nautit ihmisten kohtaamisesta, asiakkaiden odotusten ylittämisestä ja monien asioiden koordinoimisesta samanaikaisesti. Olet tarkka ja järjestelmällinen ja suhtaudut hektisiinkin tilanteisiin rauhallisesti. Näet ongelmien sijaan ratkaisuja, joita pystyt luovasti tarvittaessa tekemään. Teet työtä positiivisella asenteella ja rakennat hyvää yhteistyötä niin talon sisällä kuin asiakkaallekin.

Asiakas on kansainvälinen, joten sujuva englannin kielen taito on edellytys tehtävän hoitamisen kannalta.

Kassiopeian tarina alkaa vuoden 1997 taianomaisessa Lapissa, jolloin ensimmäiset majoitushuoneistomme valmistuivat Levin Kittilään. Muutama vuosi myöhemmin Levin upeisiin maisemiin rakensimme myös kaksi hotellia sekä tapahtumakeskuksen. Lappi meitä innosti ja innostaa edelleen kovasti, mutta halusimme kehittyä ja kasvaa. Matkamme jatkuikin vuonna 2003 Lapista etelään, kaupungin sykkeeseen ja merellisiin maisemiin. Pääkaupunkiseudulla meillä on neljä ravintolaa ja hotelli kukin omissa uniikeissa miljöissään.

We are now looking for a customer-oriented

CLIENT MANAGER 

to oversee the comprehensive management of our biggest international client in our Levi locations. Your responsibility is to deliver an excellent customer experience together with the rest of the team.

Your tasks will include:

• Communication with the client and ensuring customer satisfaction 
• Coordinating practical matters related to the client and solving problems
• Maintaining communication with internal and external partners Invoicing
• Other possible responsibilities based on your experience and interests 

Your workstation may be located in Espoo or Levi. However, the work primarily requires working from Levi during the period from December to March.

What are we looking for?

You have experience in managing customer relationships responsibly, and the tourism and restaurant industry is preferably familiar to you. However, the most important thing is the right attitude and a burning desire to serve the customer with a good approach.

You enjoy interacting with people, exceeding customer expectations, and coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously. You are precise and systematic, and you approach hectic situations calmly. Instead of seeing problems, you see solutions that you can creatively come up with when needed. You work with a positive attitude and build good cooperation both internally and with customers.

As the customer is international, fluent English language skills are required for performing the tasks.

The story of Kassiopeia begins in the magical Lapland of 1997 when our first accommodation units were completed in Kittilä, Levi. A few years later, we built two hotels and an event center in the stunning landscapes of Levi. Lapland inspired us greatly and continues to do so, but we wanted to evolve and grow. In 2003, our journey took us from Lapland to the south, to the pulse of the city and the maritime landscapes. In the Helsinki metropolitan area, we have four restaurants and hotels, each in their unique environments.
